Order & Delivery

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

All products are checked and ensured quality prior to delivery. However, in any event, that your products arrive defected/damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after purchase or receiving the product. Exchanges or refunds are only accepted within the 48-hour timeframe.

Food and perishables are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

If your product was purchased in-store, please provide your receipt and product in its original packaging when you return to the store.

If your product was purchase online, please drop us an email at pawffsg@gmail.com with a detailed description, along with an attachment of a clear image of the defected product.

We will do our best to ensure smooth facilitation of any exchanges or refunds.

Exchanges must be made within 7 working days after we get in touch with you.

DELIVERY / SELF COLLECTION

  • NO Minimum Order required
  • ALL orders have to be placed 3 days before Delivery/Self-Collection date (Tuesday to Sunday)

DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery will be made between weekdays after 7pm & Weekends between 12pm-3pm.

To maintain efficiency in our services to you, we would not be able to accommodate requests for time-specific deliveries.

Charges

Non-frozen items:

$3.50 per order, 1 to 3 days courier delivery.

Spend $80 for Free delivery

Frozen items:

$8 per order, 1 to 3 days courier delivery.

Spend $100 for Free delivery

Delays

In case of wet weather situations, there can be a delay in delivery, we will let you know about this in advance if your order is affected.

SELF-COLLECTION

Customer will be informed in advance of the earliest collection date.

Collection address will be provided to the customer via WhatsApp.

If you have a specific date that you would like to do the collection, please contact us via pawff.sg@gmail.com or add it into the notes section during checkout.
