What is PAWFF Rewards?
PAWFF Rewards is our loyalty programme that allows you to earn points on eligible purchases made through PAWFF. You can redeem your accumulated points for discounts on future purchases, including purchases made at selected PAWFF events.
How do I earn PAWFF Rewards points?
You will earn 10 points for every S$50 spent on eligible purchases.
Points are calculated based on the final amount paid after discounts, promotional codes, vouchers, store credits, and other deductions have been applied. Points are typically credited to your account after your order has been completed.
Can I use ambassador codes and still earn points?
Yes. Ambassador discount codes can still be used on eligible purchases, and you will earn PAWFF Rewards points based on the final amount paid after the ambassador discount has been applied.
Do I earn points when shopping at PAWFF events or pop-ups?
No. Purchases made at physical events, pop-up markets, roadshows, and other offline event locations are not eligible for earning PAWFF Rewards points.
Can I redeem my points at PAWFF events?
Yes. You may redeem your available PAWFF Rewards points to offset purchases made at participating PAWFF events, subject to system availability and any event-specific conditions announced at the time.
What rewards can I redeem?
You may redeem your points for the following rewards:

Points can be redeemed during checkout on eligible purchases.
Can I combine redeemed rewards with ambassador codes or other promotions?
In most cases, yes. Ambassador codes may be used together with PAWFF Rewards redemptions unless a specific promotion or campaign states otherwise. PAWFF reserves the right to determine whether rewards may be combined with other promotional offers, vouchers, or discounts.
Do my points expire?
PAWFF Rewards points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned, unless otherwise stated. Expired points cannot be reinstated or exchanged for cash.
Can points be transferred to another account?
No. PAWFF Rewards points are non-transferable and may only be used by the account under which they were earned.
Can points be exchanged for cash?
No. PAWFF Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash or store credit.
What happens if I cancel or return an order?
If an order is cancelled, refunded, or returned, any points earned from that purchase may be reversed or deducted from your PAWFF Rewards balance. If points were redeemed on the order, the corresponding redeemed points may be reinstated at PAWFF’s discretion.
Does PAWFF offer birthday rewards?
Yes. Members receive 2x PAWFF Rewards points on their birthday month, subject to having a valid date of birth registered in their PAWFF account before the qualifying purchase is made.
Can PAWFF change the rewards programme?
Yes. PAWFF reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the PAWFF Rewards programme, including the points earning rate, redemption values, eligibility requirements, and programme terms, at any time without prior notice.
