5. Products and Product Information

PAWFF offers pet food, treats, supplements, raw meals, gently cooked meals, and related products. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, nutritional information, ingredient listings, photographs, packaging images, and pricing are accurate.

However:

  • product images are for illustrative purposes only;

  • colours, sizes, packaging, and presentation may vary;

  • ingredients and formulations may change from time to time;

  • nutritional values may be approximate; and

  • availability is subject to stock.

PAWFF reserves the right to modify, discontinue, substitute, or limit the quantity of any product at any time without prior notice.

6. Orders

All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by PAWFF.

An order confirmation email or message does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when PAWFF has processed the order and dispatched or made the order available for collection.

PAWFF reserves the right to:

  • refuse or reject any order;

  • cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, misuse, or other reasonable grounds;

  • limit quantities purchased; and

  • request additional verification before processing an order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, PAWFF will refund the amount paid using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

PAWFF reserves the right to change prices, promotions, discounts, shipping fees, and product availability at any time without notice.

Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed or dispatched.

If a pricing error occurs, PAWFF may cancel the order and issue a refund, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

8. Delivery and Self-Collection

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

PAWFF shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • courier providers;

  • traffic conditions;

  • weather;

  • public holidays;

  • customs or regulatory requirements;

  • incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer; or

  • events beyond our reasonable control.

For frozen and chilled products, customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery.

Where a delivery is unsuccessful due to customer error, absence, refusal to accept delivery, inaccessible premises, or incorrect address details, additional delivery charges may apply.

Risk of loss, spoilage, damage, or deterioration passes to the customer upon delivery, self-collection, or when the products are left at the delivery location in accordance with the customer's instructions.

PAWFF is not responsible for product deterioration resulting from delayed collection, unattended deliveries, or improper storage after delivery.

9. Storage and Handling of Pet Food

Many PAWFF products are perishable and require proper refrigeration or freezing.

Customers are responsible for storing products in accordance with the storage and handling instructions provided on product packaging or the Website.

PAWFF shall not be responsible for spoilage, contamination, deterioration, or reduced product quality arising from improper handling, thawing, refreezing, storage, transportation, or use after delivery or collection.

10. Pet Health Disclaimer

PAWFF products are intended for use as pet food and related nutritional products.

Information provided on this Website, social media platforms, product packaging, marketing materials, or by PAWFF representatives is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary, medical, nutritional, or professional advice.

You should consult a qualified veterinarian before:

  • changing your pet's diet;

  • feeding raw or novel proteins;

  • feeding products to pets with medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, kidney disease, liver disease, heart disease, pancreatitis, or other health concerns;

  • feeding puppies, kittens, pregnant or nursing animals, or senior pets with special dietary requirements.

Individual pets may react differently to foods, treats, supplements, or ingredients.

PAWFF makes no guarantee that any product will produce a particular health outcome, nutritional result, behavioural improvement, or medical benefit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAWFF shall not be liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, digestive upset, veterinary expense, or other loss arising from the use of our products.

11. Allergies and Ingredient Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing product ingredients before purchase.

PAWFF is not responsible for adverse reactions arising from known or unknown allergies, intolerances, food sensitivities, underlying medical conditions, or dietary restrictions of any pet.

Where products are manufactured in facilities handling multiple protein sources or ingredients, trace amounts of allergens may be present.

12. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of pet food products, all sales of frozen, chilled, fresh, raw, gently cooked, and consumable products are final.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will only be considered where:

  • the incorrect product was supplied;

  • the product was damaged before delivery;

  • the product is defective; or

  • required under applicable Singapore consumer protection laws.

Any claim must be made within 24 hours of delivery or collection and must include:

  • your order number;

  • photographs of the product and packaging;

  • a description of the issue; and

  • any additional information reasonably requested by PAWFF.

PAWFF may require the product to be returned for inspection before any refund or replacement is approved.

Refunds, where approved, will be made using the original payment method.

PAWFF reserves the right to reject claims where products have been improperly stored, handled, opened, partially consumed, or damaged after delivery.

13. Promotions, Discounts, and Rewards

Promotions, discount codes, loyalty points, referral rewards, and other promotional offers are subject to separate promotional terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotions cannot be combined;

  • discounts are not redeemable for cash;

  • PAWFF may modify or terminate promotions at any time; and

  • PAWFF reserves the right to reverse rewards obtained through misuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, or abuse of promotional programmes.

14. User Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, comments, social media content, or other materials ("User Content") to PAWFF, you grant PAWFF a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from such User Content in any media for marketing, advertising, promotional, or business purposes.

You warrant that:

  • you own or control the rights to the User Content;

  • the User Content does not infringe any third-party rights;

  • the User Content is not defamatory, misleading, unlawful, or offensive.

PAWFF may remove any User Content at its sole discretion without notice.

PAWFF does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party websites, products, services, content, privacy practices, or availability.

16. No Warranties

  • product spoilage after delivery;

  • delivery delays;

  • any other economic or non-economic loss arising from or related to:

  • delivery services; or

  • any breach of these Terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded under Singapore law, PAWFF's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the relevant order giving rise to the claim.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PAWFF and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and agents from and against all claims, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) arising from:

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for the resolution of any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any products or services supplied by PAWFF.
