Daily Feeding Recommendation (Adults)

Dogs

• Up to 5kg: 100 – 150g per day
• 5 – 10kg: 150 – 250g per day
• 10 – 20kg: 250 – 400g per day
• 20kg+: 400g+ per day

Cats

• Up to 3kg: 60 – 90g per day
• 3 – 5kg: 90 – 130g per day
• 5kg+: 130g+ per day

Body condition adjustment (quick rule)

• If your pet is gaining weight: reduce by ~10% for 7–10 days
• If your pet is losing weight: increase by ~10% for 7–10 days

How to Serve

• Keep frozen until ready to use.
• Thaw in the refrigerator and serve chilled or at room temperature.
• Avoid microwaving (can cook bone content unevenly).
• Once thawed, store refrigerated and feed within 48 hours.

Transition Guide (If switching proteins or new to PMR)

Transition gradually over 5–7 days:

• Days 1–2: 25% PMR, 75% current food
• Days 3–4: 50% PMR, 50% current food
• Days 5–6: 75% PMR, 25% current food
• Day 7: 100% PMR

Oxtail is rich in protein which is essential for muscle development and cell repair for pets. It is also a rich source of iron, which supports oxygen transport, promotes healthy liver function and supports overall energy and vitality. 

Whole oxtails are great as a recreational chew, while grinded bones are easily digestible and a great alternative to whole oxtail as it eliminates the risk of choking hazards.  

*Whole oxtails are chopped into 4-5 parts and are available in 500g or 1kg options.

When feeding oysters to pets, it's important to ensure they are properly prepared and served in moderation.
